It is notified for the information of all plot holder members of ALL MEMON WELFARE COOPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY LIMITED, KARACHI that Annual Election for the post of One President and entire Managing Committeemen for the year 2023 & 2024, will be held on “SUNDAY” 15th October 2023 at Main Office, ST-4,, Memon Nagar, Sector 13-A, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Scheme-33, Karachi.

INSTRUCTIONS:-

• Plot holder-members holding paid qualifying shares of the value of at least Rs.500/-(16+4 Shares of Rs.25/=each) shall be eligible to file Nomination papers for Election of President and Committeemen subject to other qualifications under the rule 47 and 49 (a) of the Bye-laws of Society and Section 13 (2) of Co-operative Societies Act-2020 and Rule 9(5) of Co-operative Societies Rules 2020.
• Nomination Forms can be obtained along with rules and regulations for Election from Society Office against decided payment (Non-Refundable) as already decided in the M.C. Meeting dated 04.09.2023.
• Nomination Papers for President and the Committeemen should be filed separately. In case somebody submit two (2) Nomination Forms, he should have to choose one only at the time of withdrawal, otherwise both the Nomination papers will be rejected at-once.
• Voting on behalf of plot holders by their relatives/agents or attorney is not permitted.
• If there two or more members against any plot, then only one of them will be eligible for casting of vote.
• The list of voters can be obtained by the candidate from Society Office on payment of Rs.5000/- each.
• Entry at the A.G.B.M /Polling will be allowed to plot holder-members only.
• The original C.NIC shall be acceptable for identification and casting of vote.
• The name of Polling Agent of the candidate be notified to the Election Committee on or before the 02-10-2023.
• It is necessary that your all dues must be cleared, if any dues remaining payable, the member would not eligible to cast a vote or participation in election.
